Since the URL for the eStore is unique and all eStores can be personalized by the owner, you can use the eStore as your personal website. You can set up redirect of your domain name, directing the buyer to your eStore.
We provide a HELP desk to answer product questions from your customers. Your telephone number can be displayed on your eStore for additional support to your customers.
Yes. Your eStore has SSL security, encrypting all data processed on your site.
No. You are not required to purchase items offered on your eStore. Product suppliers hold the inventory and drop ship to your customers on your behalf. Our system also pays the supplier for the cost of goods, eliminating any open between you and the supplier.
Our system calculates the profit you are due on all sales occurring on your eStore. You have real-time access to sales reports evidencing the name of the buyer, products sold, the total amount of the order and the profit you earned.
We provide an APP, configured to your specific eStore. One function the APP provides is a recommendation module, allowing you to send a personal recommendation to customers. The process allows your customer to make one click to access the item(s) in the shopping cart of your eStore
Your customer is not required to purchase the recommended item(s). The recommendation will expire 10 days following the date issued.
You can enter the customers basic contact information in the recommendation module. This takes seconds to complete.
The APP program is configured with a marketing module, allowing you to share content to your customers via email, text messaging, social media and other. The marketing content is supplied by the platform or your personal content you develop.
Your eStore is fully automated. It does not require you to update inventory, process orders, operate a merchant account, pay sales taxes or suppliers. Your sole responsibility is to promote your eStore to your customers using the marketing tools built into our APP program.
No. Platform personnel handles all customer returns. The custom HELP desk is set up to manage this process timely and efficiently.
No. The platform deals with all vendors to your site, you are not responsible to have an open account or make payments for the cost of goods sold to vendors.
All inventory updates are automated with API connections with vendors. This is handled by the platform for all eStores.
Sales taxes are calculated by Avalara, a third-party contractor to the platform. The eStore owner does not need to calculate or pay sales taxes collected in the shopping cart.
Normally 30-60 days from agreement date, depending on the complexity of the platform requirements.
No. The platform has no limitation of vendors you select to provide products. Depending on the work required to set up APIs for order processing, inventory updates and SKU configuration, fees may apply.
No. You are not restricted as to the number of SKUs from a vendor.
eComNow is configured with numerous software applications for order processing. Additionally, the company provides an API set for vendors to use. In some cases, we code to the API set of a vendor, and integration fees may apply. For small vendors, we have a vendor portal to handle manual processing.
eComNow provides an interface with Avalara, a global company providing sales tax calculations to all U.S. jurisdictions and foreign markets. The platform is responsible to set up an account with Avalara.
The platform technology has no limitation on the number of eStores you can launch.
The eComNow solution provides an eStore “OFFER” page and enrollment process, all automated to signup new eStores on your platform.
No. Our software calculates the cost of goods on every order, separates the total amount due every vendor shipping product and executes payment to the vendor’s bank account at the end of each week for products shipped. This system is fully automated.
No. Our software calculates the profit earned by eStore owners on every order. Payment is automatically deposited to the bank account of the eStore weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly.
All platforms come with a private labeled APP program, tied to every eStore. The APP program has many features, one of which is marketing program allowing platform owners to “push” marketing content to the APP for eStores to use in social media and email marketing campaigns. Further, the APP program has a recommendation feature, allowing eStores to make personalized recommendations to customers.
Yes. We have relationships with many vendors, having in aggregate more than 150,000 brand name items available for drop shipping direct to your customers.
